Terms of Service

1. What we do

Bilalify provides creative services — video ads, video editing, social media posters, websites, automation setup, and bundled packages — to businesses in Pakistan and beyond.

2. Quotes and pricing

All prices on this site are starting from and are confirmed in writing (usually on WhatsApp) before work begins. The confirmed quote is what you pay — no hidden charges added later.

3. Payment

Project work is typically 50% to start and 50% on delivery, via bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Monthly packages are billed in advance. Work begins after the advance is received.

4. Revisions

Every service includes two revision rounds. Additional major changes after approval may be quoted separately — we will always tell you before charging.

5. Ownership

Once paid in full, all final deliverables are yours — forever, for any use. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Timelines

We give honest timelines upfront (e.g. 5–7 days for a video ad, 2–3 weeks for a website). Timelines assume prompt feedback from you — delays in feedback extend delivery by the same amount.

7. Your responsibilities

You confirm you own (or have rights to) any photos, logos, or content you send us, and that your business information is accurate.

8. Liability

We do our best work on every project, but we cannot guarantee specific business results (sales, followers, rankings). Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
