Clients often ask what actually happens after they say "yes" to a video ad. Where does the money go? What do we need from them? When will it be ready? Here is the full process, exactly as we run it — no secrets, no jargon, so you know what to expect from us or from anyone else you hire.

Day 1: The 10-minute chat

Everything starts on WhatsApp. We ask simple questions: What do you sell? Who buys it — families, students, offices? What is your best offer right now? Do you have any photos or videos of the shop? Most owners answer between customers — voice notes welcome, no need for formal replies. By the end, we understand your business better than most of your competitors understand theirs, because we asked about customers and offers, not just "what should the video look like."

Your part: answer honestly and quickly — same-day replies move your ad days earlier.

Day 2: The script

We write a 30–60 second script in plain, spoken language — the kind of words a real person would say, not a TV announcer. The structure is always the same: hook in 3 seconds, show the product, add one proof, end with a clear call to action. We send it to you as simple text on WhatsApp — no fancy documents — and you approve it before we spend a minute on production.

Why the script comes first: changes here are free and take five minutes; changes after recording and editing are expensive. Getting the words right first protects your timeline and budget.

Your part: read it out loud once — if any line sounds unlike you, tell us.

Days 3–4: Voiceover and visuals

With the script approved, we record the voiceover — Urdu or English, male or female voice, matched to your brand (a kids' clothing shop sounds different from a car workshop). At the same time, we gather visuals: your photos and clips, product shots we direct you to take on your phone with simple daylight instructions, and motion graphics we build for text, prices, and offers.

Fun fact: about half of a good ad is well-designed moving text — prices, offers, and addresses animating on screen. The words on screen sell as hard as the footage.

Your part: if we request specific shots, film them the same day if you can — phone quality is completely fine.

Days 5–6: The edit

This is where it all comes together: footage cut precisely to the voiceover, music that fits the mood (properly licensed, so no copyright strikes or muted videos later), sound balanced so the voice is always clear, colors cleaned up so food looks appetizing and clothes look true. Then captions — burned into the video, word-timed to the voiceover, because most people watch on mute. A video without captions is a video half-watched; we consider captions non-negotiable, not an add-on.

We also build each version properly at this stage — square for feed, vertical for reels and Status — reframed, not blindly cropped, so faces and prices never get cut off.

Day 7: Review and revisions

You get a preview link with a small watermark. Watch it on your phone — that is where your customers will see it, so that is where you should judge it. Two revision rounds are included: change the words, swap a clip, adjust the music, fix a price. Most clients approve within one round, because the script was already approved on day 2 and there are rarely surprises.

How to give good feedback: be specific — "the music feels too fast" gets fixed in minutes; "something feels off" costs everyone a day. Keep feedback to one decision-maker.

Delivery: every format you need

Final delivery is not one file — it is a small package: square for Facebook and Instagram feed, vertical for reels, TikTok and Status, horizontal if you ever need it for YouTube or a shop screen. Plus a thumbnail frame for posts. All files are yours, forever, to use anywhere — no watermarks on finals, no "license expires" surprises. Keep them backed up; clients who lose their files and ask for re-sends two years later are always grateful they can just re-download.

What we need from you (the honest short list)

Honestly? Very little:

  • The 10-minute chat on day 1 — answered promptly
  • Any photos or clips you already have (phone quality is fine)
  • Your logo if you have one (if not, we work with clean text)
  • Quick feedback at two points: the script, and the preview
  • Your correct prices, address, timings, and WhatsApp number — double-checked, because these go on screen

Where projects usually get delayed (and how we prevent it)

Let us be blunt: most delays in this business are not production — they are waiting on feedback. The edit sits ready for four days while the owner is busy. Then feedback arrives Friday night for a Saturday launch. To prevent this, we tell you exactly when each input is due, keep every request tiny, and remind you before deadlines slip — not after. Hold up your two feedback points and the 5–7 day timeline holds.

Questions clients ask us

Can I use my own voice in the ad?

Yes, and for some shops it works wonderfully — a bakery owner describing her own cakes adds trust no voiceover artist can match. We will coach you on the recording (quiet room, phone close, speak slowly) and clean up the audio. If you would rather not, our voiceover artists cover it.

What if I do not like the first draft?

Then we fix it — that is what the two revision rounds are for. In practice, serious dislike almost never happens when the script was approved first, because the words are already yours. The preview stage is for polish, not reinvention.

Who owns the final video?

You do, completely. All formats, no watermark, usable anywhere forever. We keep a backup copy in case you ever lose yours. Be cautious of anyone who "licenses" your own ad back to you or charges for re-downloads.

That is the whole process, start to finish. If you are comparing providers, ask each to describe their process in the same detail. The confident ones will; the vague ones — "sir, 3 din mein bana dein gay, tension na lein" — are the ones whose ads you skip all year.
